} The factitious disorder or FD is an unwellness whose illness come either self-caused or even falsified per patient. the motives of the patient may diverge: for a patient by owning Munchausen syndrome their primary aim is to obtain sympathy and nurturance, when in the instance of malingering the patient wishes to obtain external gains like doses or even disability check.

Factitious disorders should exist as distinguished from either conversion disorder, in which a patient is unaware that a consequences existence had are non medically induced.
